Terms of Use

Last updated 3 November 2026. These terms are between you and Esipick LLC ("we").

Not medical advice. Petite Plate offers general food and meal-planning ideas only. It does not diagnose, treat or give advice about any medical condition or medication. Talk to your doctor, pharmacist or registered dietitian about your nutrition, protein needs and medication before you change what you eat. If you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services.

Using the app

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for checking that meals suit your allergies, intolerances and medical needs. Recipe ingredients and nutrition values are estimates and can contain errors. Always read food labels.

Subscriptions

• Petite Plate Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, billed yearly or monthly. The price and any free trial are shown before you subscribe.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you subscribe. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Without a subscription you can still use Day 1 of your plan and its grocery list.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

Our content

The app, recipes and designs belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal use.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for decisions you make about your health or diet, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.

We may update these terms and will update the date above. Contact: info@esipick.tech. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app.
