Delete your account

You can delete your Petite Plate account and all of your data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Petite Plate and go to Settings (the gear icon on the Today screen).
2. Tap Delete account and data and confirm.

This permanently removes your profile and quiz answers, plans, favourites, weight entries and your anonymous account ID from our servers straight away. Backups are overwritten within 35 days.

If you no longer have the app

Email info@esipick.tech from any address. Because accounts are anonymous we cannot tell which one is yours, so reinstall the app on the same phone if you can and use the steps above. If that is not possible, tell us your approximate sign-up date and device and we will do our best to help.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it in iPhone Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, so you are not charged again.
