Petite Plate plans meals. This page explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how you can delete it.

What we collect

• Your quiz answers: goal, sex, age, height, weight, goal weight, activity level, eating pattern (for example vegetarian or halal), allergies, foods that make you queasy, how long you like to cook, budget and household size. Some of this is health-related information. We use it only to build your meal plan and protein target.
• What you do in the app: your weekly plans, the meals you mark as eaten, favourites, grocery list check-offs, and weight entries if you choose to log them.
• An anonymous account ID. There is no sign-up: the app creates a random ID and a secret token stored in your phone's secure storage.
• Subscription status. Payments are handled by Apple. We use RevenueCat, a subscription service, which receives your anonymous account ID, your purchase and subscription status, and device and app version details, so we can unlock your plan.

We never ask for your medication, dose or injection details, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location or photos.

How we use it

• To create and adjust your meal plan, swaps, grocery list and protein tracking.
• To check your subscription and unlock paid features.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist on petiteplate.esipick.tech we collect your email address, your optional answer to "What's hardest for you?", the campaign tags in the link you came from (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, for example "tiktok") and the time you signed up. We use them to email you once when Petite Plate launches and to understand which topics help most. We do not sell or share the list, there are no advertising trackers, cookies or analytics on the page, and your IP address is used only briefly to limit abuse and is not stored. We keep the list until we have sent the launch email and for up to six months after, or until you ask us to remove you (email info@esipick.tech).

Who processes it

• Our hosting: our servers, operated by Esipick LLC, store your data.
• RevenueCat and Apple: subscription and payment processing.
• AI provider: some plans may be arranged with the help of an AI model (Google Gemini). If so, only a list of candidate recipe IDs and numbers such as your daily protein target is sent. Your account ID, quiz answers about allergies and health, and weight are not sent, and the AI never creates the nutrition numbers.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account. You can do that any time in the app (Settings, then "Delete account and data") or from our deletion page. Deletion removes your profile, plans, favourites, weight entries and account ID from our servers. Backups are overwritten within 35 days.

Your choices and rights

You can view and change your answers in the app, delete your data, and ask us for a copy of it. Depending on where you live (for example the UK, EU, California), you may have further rights such as access, correction, deletion and complaint to a regulator. Email info@esipick.tech and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS and your token is stored in the iOS Keychain / Android Keystore. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to what is needed to run the service.

Children

Petite Plate is for adults aged 18 and over.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app.
